We left frisco around 4 and drove home. We had dinner with his parents around 5 and we made it just in time. Harper always likes to ride on the horse, Cody's from when he was little. It is always so different to spend holidays with the Hempkins' vs. my family. So much less people, noise, etc. It's completely weird to go from 33 people in Frisco to 5 people in Denison. We had a good time though. We had a good dinner, Serena cooked an entire meal for all of us. Then, we sat around and looked through Black Friday ads. Cody and Buddy made a run to Walmart to get some tv's for their house on sale. They said it was c.r.a.z.y. there. We stayed at the house and had a bath. Right before bed, we all had some pie. Harper wanted some but hadn't eaten any dinner. So she just decided to eat more dinner. It was a nice evening and good to spend time with them.
Harper has taken a very serious interest in photography lately. She always wants to take pictures with our good camera. I'm always a little weary, but she does a good job. Most of her pictures are focused about 3 feet off the ground, but when you are sitting, it's about right!
