Harper got her first check up with the dentist. Her appointment was on Halloween morning with the same dentist most of the Hempkins' family has used for years. The nurses all loved her. I'm guessing they don't have as many young patients. She did pretty good. She climbed on the chair and sat pretty still while the nurse was checking and cleaning her teeth. She wasn't in love with it, but also didn't really know enough about it to protest. She told Harper if she was good, she could slide down the chair at the end, and Harper really liked that. The dentist saw her at the end and said she had good teeth, very pointy ones at the corners, and to keep brushing. The sweet nurse even gave her a toothbrush and a balloon at the end, which made it all worth it.
