The week before Easter we dyed Easter eggs with the Haddock's. We had a few different kits and Lorna bought fake eggs so we wouldn't have to deal with boiling real ones. We had lunch and once Paige went down, we started dying the eggs. I mixed water and vinegar to make the dye which didn't work well with the fake eggs. So the girls had to leave the egss in the dye for a looong time. It was hard for a 2, 4, and 5 year old to do. Actually Presley did the best because she just forgot about them I think. They also did heat wrap eggs and tie dye eggs, which turned out the best. We only had one spill, but no stains. They had a great time and it was definitely fun to make some good memories.
