Mimi and Pop's birthday

 We celebrated Mimi and Pop's birthdays together with swimming and dinner at Kristen's house.  The kids all love to swim and it gives them something to do that gets lots of energy out.  The bigs had a blast on the slide and jumping off the edge.  Paige and Ellie napped for most of it.  Towards the end, it seemed like Paige wanted to be with the big kids, but she looks so small compared to them.  

We got some good family pictures and cousin pictures.  It was the first one I think for all 5.  And it was one of the last times we would get to be all together with us 4 sisters since Taylor was leaving soon for Arkansas.  We had dinner and opened presents and just enjoyed a nice evening together.  

Paige the Chunk!

We realized the other day that Paige is starting to eat ALOT of food.  She gets 4 bottles a day right before each of her three meals a day.  But she has started really liking food, so she is eating more than before.  She can easily put back half a container of berries in one sitting, a full one if we would let her.  She loves blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries like they are the best food on Earth.  She likes sweet potato with brown sugar in it.  She consumes Ritz crackers like they are the last food on the planet.  She is also eating 2 pancakes every morning, which is the same as us.  Harper eats 2 pancakes in the morning also, but no bottle and no berries.  When we figured this out, we realized that Paige might be getting chunky and eating a bit too much!  Oh well.  She seems happy with food, gets grumpy without it, so that's the way it goes.  We have also started giving her more snacks throughout the day to keep her going.  This kid likes her food!  

Family Pictures

We got our friend Jamie Woods to do our family pictures this year.  No matter how many times we have tried, doing it ourselves this year just didn't work out.  So we had zero good pictures of all four of us.  She took them for us at the bridge out at Loy Lake Park.  It was a great day considering all the cold and rain we had been having.  And she did a great job capturing Harper and Paige so well.  Love that I got good ones of all of us!
